Approval of SkyBridge Invest JSC's tariffs in a new version

Dear clients!

SkyBridge Invest JSC would like to thank you for choosing our company as a broker on the securities market.

We hereby inform you that as of October 03, 2023, new tariffs for brokerage services and nominee holding of SkyBridge Invest JSC will come into effect. The change in tariffs is due to expansion of our range of services - provision of cashless currency conversion service (license of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of Financial Market for banking operations No. 4.3.20 dated 18.07.2023). Since October 03, 2023 we start to execute client orders for currency conversion at the market rate at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

In addition, for the purpose of unification and convenience of payment of commissions, we establish a single brokerage commission for individuals, which will immediately include the tariffs of exchanges, custodians, depositories and counterparties.
