In accordance with paragraph 21 of the Rules for the operation of investment portfolio management activities approved by the Resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014 No. 10, as well as in accordance with paragraph 30 of the Rules for the operation of brokerage and (or) dealer activities in the securities market, approved by the Resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014 No. 9, hereby SkyBridge Invest JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) notifies you that the Company was brought to administrative liability under part 2 of article 256 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was fined by the Resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated September 25, 2024.
