JSC "SkyBridge Invest" (hereinafter – the Company), in accordance with paragraph 21 of the Rules for Conducting Investment Portfolio Management Activities, approved by Resolution No. 10 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014, as well as paragraph 30 of the Rules for Conducting Brokerage and/or Dealer Activities in the Securities Market, approved by Resolution No. 9 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014, hereby notifies that the Company has been instructed to take mandatory compliance measures to ensure its activities align with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the written instruction of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated January 9, 2026. The above measure will not affect the services provided by the Company.
