JSC "SkyBridge Invest" (hereinafter – the “Company”), in accordance with Clause 21 of the Rules for Carrying Out Investment Portfolio Management Activities, approved by Resolution No. 10 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014, as well as in accordance with Clause 30 of the Rules for Conducting Brokerage and/or Dealer Activities in the Securities Market, approved by Resolution No. 9 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014, hereby notifies that, by Resolution of the Almaty City Branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 19, 2025, the Company has been held administratively liable under Part 2 of Article 497 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses dated July 5, 2014, No. 235-V, and an administrative penalty in the form of a fine has been imposed. The above-mentioned measure will not affect the services provided by the Company.
